How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love people and working out. I have ran retail stores for over 20+ years as a store manager and decided that I wanted to get into something that I had a pure passion for but to still work with people. So the perfect job for me is working out and helping others....to me it's not even a job, it's making a difference for others!!
What types of customers have you worked with?
For men- bodybuilding & strength training Women- Weight loss & toning Children- teaching an early love for working out with mom or dad. (I do not do child only sessions for young children, must be with an approved adult.)
