- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As an ECS valued customer you should expect a fair price for your services in which both parties will have agreed to before any services are performed on your property. We take pride in ensuring a happy customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Issuing a fair quote in which our company and the customer will both agree to a price. Second, we will set up an appointment to perform a thorough inspection of property to ensure that every aspect of the job is taken care of. Third, we will finalize the price of the job, perform it, then issue an invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some formal college education and intern experience in Architectural Engineering that helps draft out the plans and specifics of each job assignment. I also managed an account as a Environmental Services Director in a nursing home; accountable for administrative processes, and oversight of 3 department functions within the facility. I also have 4 years experience providing high quality service to many clients such as housecleaning and landscaping.
