Ted is the best! I had a damaged, faded, stained photo of my late mother from high school. Ted performed a full restoration while keeping the image looking very original. He was true to his time frames and accomdated every concern I brought to the table. Additionally, Ted had the best price out of all the quotes I received. 5 star service on a dime.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make a phone call to break the ice and then arrange a meeting at a location of their choice. This helps me understand what the customer is looking for and helps me meet their expectations.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Photography has always been a passion for me all my life. Going from film to digital has created some challenges but I have been able to embrace them.

I have worked with parents of children, young adults, couples making commitments as well as commercial customers.
