- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not overpriced for the quality but certainly not under priced. I guess I've always had an issue with not charging enough or so my customers tell me. My feeling is that if the customer is happy with the price and I'm happy with the price, well, it's a good match.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to know what my customers want. We have to talk so I can make sure I capture the "just right" image. A brief conversation will improve the photo quality and insure satisfied customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Member of the Professional Photographers Association. It is an honor to be among the select few.
