FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% discount for returning customers on all future projects. I also offer 10% off for students, active military, and senior citizens. Fees for mileage may be applicable if the project is located more than 10 miles from our office. All fees and discounts will be clearly detailed in the bid you receive. We offer transparent pricing and promise that you’ll never be hit with hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contacting me, I’ll arrange to speak with you by your preferred method of contact. We will discuss your project and your needs/requests. You’ll then receive an estimate/bid for your project that is valid for 14 days (please feel free to shop around). If the bid is accepted, a deposit may be required; then a project start date will be set. The next step is completing your project to your specifications and leaving ensured you are pleased with the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a carpentry training program through NCCER in 2009. I served as an electrician in the US Marine Corps from 2010-2014. I hold a lifetime certification/membership through the Association of Certified Handyman Professionals. I also hold two associate degrees and one bachelor of science.
