Had a hardware issue he was not able to fix but fixed several other problems and was very reasonable. Will certainly recommend him .

I could not fix the hardware problem due to the USB ports being physically broken. It would have taken the motherboard being replaced to fix this. I put 7 hours into the work but only charged for two plus did other things I didn't charge for. Kind of disappointed in 4 stars when I did so much. I appreciate the review but wanted the whole experience to be described.

There are times that I feel it is important to try to gather more information in order to know if I can help and, if so, how to best offer a fair quote to you. It is important that prospective customers do their best to provide a complete explanation of what you need and expect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of experience in the IT field that includes hardware, software, virus removal, and more. I am COMPTIA A+ certified. I also build custom computers. I also have 20+ years of experience with website development and administration. I very much enjoy digital photography and, although I am not a professional, I feel I take very good photos and am experienced in photo manipulation, modification, correcting blemishes, etc.
