Wow Factor Entertainment was the perfect choice for our wedding DJ! Randy was very responsive and worked with us to play the music we wanted. He was great at reading the crowd and playing what would get people on the dance floor. The prices were also very reasonable for an entire wedding ceremony and reception. Would definitely hire them again!Dec 21, 2018Verified
Randy really worked with us and was able to handle problems that came up with wonderful professionalism. He was able to find all the music we wanted, even some obscure songs, and we really had a blast!!!Aug 16, 2018Verified

Randy did an amazing job! I had never hired a DJ before, so I was nervous. Randy definitely took all those concerns away. He had the dance floor for all night! He did a great job of playing into the crowd to keep people on the dance floor. Fabulous Music at my wedding!Oct 17, 2018Verified
The whole experience was amazing my family took a while to get warmed up but the music never stopped. The karaoke was smooth and fun. On a stressful day the music was one thing I never had to worry about. Wonderful company.Oct 17, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Any quote I give includes basic dance lights and announcement. I am not a DJ that sees the word "wedding" and inflates my price. I know planning events can get expensive, so I try to be fair in my pricing to give you value for your money and also make a living for myself. I only charge extra for video projector and screen rental, game rental, fog machine rental, and up lighting. I also carry liability insurance which most other DJ's do not have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I have forms that I send to clients for special music requests for ceremony and reception. I always discuss what type of music is wanted for background dinner music and of course dance music. Customer always have my cell number to call or text me at anytime.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've been a musician all of my life and love all kinds of music. Country music is my specialty, but I am well versed in all genres and decades of music. I am comfortable performing a 50th high school reunion or a middle school dance. I have music for all occasions including Latin music.
