What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m not the cheapest out there but my prices are reasonable! I usually have some monthly discounts, and all new clients get a discount when they start working with me
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We book the date, I keep in touch to make sure I have all the details of the appointment and to know if anything has changed, I go to them, get the work done, they love it and re-hire me for next events!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA so I took my passion and turned it into a business model. I’ve been to workshops with people from all over the world to learn new trends, in always learning. My first trainer was a MAC makeup artist that’s why my style is very MAC alike.
