About this pro
Hire someone that knows what they are doing and isn't a pompous jerk about it. Half of the items I've had to oversee the work he has done because much of it does not appear to be correct. When I ask him questions about the work, there is ZERO timeliness in response. Once, I had asked him a finance question in regard to my accounts. There was zero response. 3 weeks later, he failed to respond so I email him back. He sent me a curt response stating to stop flooding his box -- it was the 2nd email (and perhaps if he had answered it initially, this wouldn't have been an issue). I had actually asked him upon hiring him, if it would be a problem if I asked questions. He said that would not be a problem at all. Clearly, it has been. Not only that, half of the things that he was asked to do (and paid to do), he has not completed. And now 7 months into the year, none of the work that I've paid for him to complete has been completed. Do yourself a favor, hire someone else that does things properly, does things right, and isn't a pompous jerk about it. Also, he was paid to all this work and obviously has not completed it and refuses to refund me for it. Side note: In a consultation I had with him in regards of how to purchase a home (cash vs mortgage), his suggestion was to mortgage it and essentially fraud the mortgage company (buy it as a personal asset and change it to the business once purchased and not let the mortgage company know).Aug 13, 2018Verified
Bait & Switch. Initial quote to file State and Federal Return. After he is hired, asks for 2X the original amount. Blamed it on Thumbtack. Listen, if you are a CPA representing clients and potential legalities with the IRS, you will check and double check these things. No room for error with our returns. Moving on. Glad we caught this before allowing him to do our taxes.Apr 12, 2018Verified
Everything was good, however I had an issue with a request for change in address that was not done and all my checks went to my old address. It is my error, however, Kamran said he had updated it.Jun 5, 2018Verified
