I came to Dre with a dream of playing professional basketball. I was in good shape already but he took my body and athletic ability to another level. He understood my body and had workouts that were specific to what I needed. My core strength and explosion was the best I ever had it. We worked on stabilizing my muscles and building full body strength. All in all I had a great season in Italy and won a championship. Played a full season with no injuries thanks to Dre. Most importantly we are close friends, we share stories, laughs, problems, God, and encouragement. He is more then a great trainer, he takes the time to develop relationships.
