He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My oven caught on fire from grease. I used a fire extinguisher. I did clean my oven and needed an opinion on whether my oven was safe to use. He inspected the oven and reassured me that everything was good. He cleaned the oven for me more thoroughly.. He had so much knowledge on all types of appliances. I would definitely use this company again. We had a slight discrepancy in price for the services but they quickly resolved everything . Great company! I highly recommend.

Maverick, the technician who called on me was on time, very professional, very friendly, and knew exactly what to do to fix my refrigerator. A part had to be ordered, but within in two days of the original visit, the part was installed, and my refrigerator is working again. I have used MyHomePro twice. Once to fix my Whirlpool Microwave and the other to fix my Kenmore Washer. In both cases, the technicians were extremely experienced, professional, followed COVID protocols and fixed my appliances beyond my expectations. I figured with my washer that was 10 years old, I was about to need to purchase a new washer. Not the case. MyHomePro made my Whirlpool Microwave and Kenmore Washer come back to life. I have been exceptionally pleased with MyHomePro service and the front office communication with me throughout my repair journey. The best news is that the hourly rate charged for the technicians is extremely competitive. If you need work done around your home, I recommend MyHomePro as the first stop. Chuck Kolakowski

The technician took great care of the replacement parts on my Kitchen Aid cooker. I would definitely contact My Home Pro in the future for appliance care. The office was very helpful and clear on scheduling, I would be happy to contact My Home Pro for estimates on their other services in the future.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We offer most repair services with a $69 Diagnostic Fee and if we can fix the problem within the time allotment of that first visit (without part installation) that will be all the customer will pay.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We assess the customer's equipment and attempt to identify all of the possible problems and then help guide the customer into the right repair gameplan that makes sense for them.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Our HVAC Technicians are licensed to work in Texas and have credentials EPA Universal, and NATE certified. Our Pest Control Team is certified and licensed in State of Texas. Our Appliance Team possesses EPA certifications and RAIL licensing. Our Pool Team is CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certified.
