Ours was a fairly small job - around 220 linear feet in total, I think, but Mike Owens (owner) came out himself to measure, inspect and offer cover suggestions (Polygal, since we wanted to allow some light through). He sent the quote via email pretty quickly, we agreed on the price and he promised it would get us on his schedule for the last week in April. His team arrived early on the last day of April, demo'd the old cover, and put up a new one all by 3pm. The materials used are Orford cedar and VERY sturdy - the carpenter in charge was great. We are convinced the cover will last at least a couple of decades. The only reason we award 4 stars is that this team told us they were not experts in Polygal installation (they forgot to remove the underside protective sheet on one panel, and the wood stain was still wet when the plastic sheets were installed. This required removing the stain from the Polygal panels where it smeared (my husband did most of that himself). Mike came out the following day with his son to tape down the Polygal panels where required, but some spots were missed requiring two additional visits a week or so later. All appears to be OK now.
We are overall pleased with the results, however, and would recommend this firm to others.
