I hired Holly to file divorce against my husband. She was very reasonable and efficient in handling the whole process of initial filing, mediation and finalization of the divorce. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $325 per hour, however, some case are flat fees. Uncontested matters are typically flat fees. My retainers are typically $2000 to $4000, but vary.l depending on the case.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually speak with my new customer over the phone for a free consultation. If decide to proceed, we email the new client paperwork and link to pay their retainer or flat fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 1991, I received my Doctor of Jurisprudence of South Texas College of Law (Now Houston College of Law).
