Guitar Lessons by Nevel Maitland

Introduction: I offer weekly guitar lessons for students of all ages. My "no-pressure" lesson program includes acoustic guitar, electric guitar, and bass guitar. Because I use popular songs to demonstrate chord structure and rhythm techniques, many of my beginner students are able to play (and sing) a favorite song within the first 2 months. Clients appreciate my encouraging, confidence building approach that focuses on the student's individual learning model. All students are welcome in the program, including students with special needs. Most lessons are taught "in-your-home" (local only), but I also have a lesson studio in my home as well. This flexibility has allowed me to design individual lesson plans that work around each client's busy lifestyle. Hourly and 1/2 hour rate plans are available. Special "live" performances are often scheduled for students who would like to showcase their talents.
