After planning out my daughter's wedding down to almost every detail, we decided a few weeks before the wedding that it might be a good idea to get assistance on the day of the wedding to keep everything running smoothly. We met with Cathy and her son, Josh, to discuss our plans, and were immediately impressed with Cathy's knowledge and "can do" attitude. There were several things that Cathy mentioned that we had not even thought about, and my daughter and I left our meeting feeling so relieved that we decided to get Cathy's help. Cathy went above and beyond, not just on the day of the wedding, but in the weeks before. She even shopped around for our rehearsal dinner, and did some price comparisons on beer and wine for the wedding to make sure that we were getting the best prices from our vendor. Cathy stayed in constant contact with all of our vendors prior to the wedding as well as on the day of the wedding to ensure that everything was in place as planned. We had numerous issues with our florist prior to and on the day of the wedding, and Cathy was right there to straighten everything out. She even made a trip to the florist on the day of the wedding because the boutonnieres and corsages were not right. She made sure that new ones were made, and she even delivered them herself! During the wedding Cathy and her family made every detail run smoothly and seamlessly, from managing the order of events to keeping Grammie's wine glass full! :0) Our only regret is that we didn't get Cathy involved sooner than we did!
Steve and Cindy Deming did our wedding and reception. They are fabulous! They are definitely the best at what they do! They are wonderful people. Eloisa is the best!! She stayed in touch with us through out the process and even made last minute when we needed more tables than we had originally thought. She gave us great ideas on decorating and the wedding turned out beautifully. Their equipment was spotless, and top notch. We will definitely use their service again and I would recommend them to anyone needing this service.

Karen was basically my wedding coordinator. She started out just doing my flowers & cake but then quickly became my decorator as well. She was very organized & great to work with. She has lots if great ideas! Would totally book with her again & recommend her to everyone! Her cakes & flowers are beautiful & our wedding cakes tasted amazing!
I suggested she put more effort to plan the wedding, follow up the wedding to clients by herself, show the client she actually did something. It would be better not wait until the end of a month before the wedding, and less than half of the stuff done. We decided to stop using her after we paid half of the payment and received unequal service at less than a month before the wedding date. It is also important to do what you promised to the client, and please take one min to reply your client during the day, pick up the phone or call them back, and so your client won't feel you are extremely hard to reach. Listen to the client's needs and show your passion are the main elements to become a good wedding planner.

Grace Event Productions was commissioned to do my 50th wedding anniversary. They did such an excellent job that I had them decorate my homes in Dallas and Galveston for Christmas. I use them every year and highly recommend them.

We had the pleasure of working with Etheny over a seven month period in the planning of our son's wedding, rehearsal dinner, and reception and can highly recommend her without reservation. Her level of dedication and attention to detail was evident in the outstanding choice of venues and their staffs, the dÃ©cor and catering and the photography. I was particularly impressed with the way she handled last minute ceremony changes that became necessary because of inclement weather. Her decisiveness and professionalism calmed all our nerves and made the day one we will remember with joy. We had a elegant affair in which our guests were lavishly entertained for far less than many of the quotes we had received ourselves. We were totally satisfied and will be using Arrow Planning for all our important future events.

First, there are no words that could adequately describe Brandy. She is the glue that holds weddings together. I have had the pleasure of knowing her for several years and seeing first-hand her work at events, which made her a natural choice when I needed to turn to someone to be the day-of coordinator at my wedding in Charleston, SC. Brandy has a knack for innately understanding the vision you lay out for her, an impressive attention to detail, and a true ability to get things done. My husband and I have a very animated group of friends & family - all with distinct personalities - and they can be a bit of a handful when they are all together. At our rehearsal, which she was on hand for, Brandy was able to calmly and professionally get everyone to focus and kept things moving along smoothly. Christy planned my surprise 40th Birthday Party! Everything was Spectacular...from the food to the decorations, DJ and gift presentation!
