Patience is the essential to a good client-trainer relationship. I have been a client at Strength and Fəˈzēk for approximately eight months and went from deadlifting 135 lbs. to 475 lbs. and still going. Zach (trainer and owner) at Strength and Fəˈzēk, understands what works for each client as well as what may not work for another. My very first day was not a show and tell of the gym or about how much weight I could lose. Zach actually took the time to assess my body to familiarize my needs for exercise, diet, and training. Zach will find comfortable pace for each client based on your progression rate. Zach’s attention to detail is phenomenal. Ruby is awesome! I have been training with her for nine months now and I am getting great results. She is VERY knowledgeable when it comes to the body, nutrition and physical training. She listens and understands what you want and formulates "step ladder" goals to get there. Ruby is a very motivated person and makes reaching those goals fun. She expects the best from you, which I totally appreciate. I would not want anything less. I see us going way past my end goal. I wouldn't trade Ruby for a fully paid gym membership. I would never get the results I am getting now. I feel great physically and mentally!

He is working with my father training at home. Since his stroke, my father has put on weight. Marvin has been great working with my dad pushing him at his level. My father says things are going well and I think he has been surprised at how sore his muscles feel. But that means he's getting a workout!

I had a WONDERFUL time training with Lori! She is a FANTASTIC trainer and really cares about her clients! She knows how to customize each training class to cater to your different needs/abilities, and she pushes you to achieve new workouts that you did not think was even possible for your body! She focuses on every aspect of a healthy lifestyle - nutrition, cardio, weight training, etc. - so her training/advice leaves you feeling completely satisfied and positive about everything! You will also be blown away by her wonderful encouragement and positivity - she is always there when you have questions or are doubting yourself. She's a great trainer as well as a GREAT motivator! I always felt very comfortable and was never intimidated working with her, and I would GLADLY recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Working with Warren, aka Dubs, has absolutely been a life changing experience. Overall he has helped me change my diet, my workout routine, and ultimately my mentality towards health and fitness. Dubs is very knowledgeable about personal training and is superb in helping his clients receive the results they are looking for. After working with him for only about 3-4 weeks, I had already started to see some great results! If you really want to achieve the results that you want, bypass all of the amateurs and get with Dubs. Trust me you won't regret it!

Private atmosphere w professional trainers that will design a specific program to fit your needs. Whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or professional athlete you'll be amazed w the knowledge and help you'll get here. Individual, couple, or small group training. They have it all!! Difference between Get FHIIT and other places, private means private (not a gym full of people) and true knowledge and education well beyond just personal trainers certification. Get your scale and your muscles moving in the right direction. If they have an opening, you should try them out. If they are no longer taking new clients, get on the wait list. It's worth a try and worth the wait. Personally, I drive 45 minutes one way, the results are worth my time.

I've been training almost two months with Chad now. I felt the difference in my overall health after a month. Chad is very personable and upbeat. He keeps me laughing even when I'm working on that last set of squats or the dreaded planks. He mixes up the workouts, where one day I may be working on weights to resistance bands to using my own stairs. I never know what to expect which removes the boredom from a typical workout. What I like most about Chad is that he's empathic, I feel he truly takes the time to get to know me and he cares. He's designed workouts just for me. I hired Brittan to train me at my home and to help me find a variety of ways to strengthen my entire body while working around a heavily deteriorated spine and damaged hip. We work around my chronic pain and when a particular exercise becomes painful (versus challenging), he always has an alternative for me to try. I highly recommend him for his existing knowledge, continued efforts to learn more, great attitude, dependability and effectiveness no matter your fitness level or abilities. I always feel heard amid the extensive list of constraints doled out by my body, doctors and physical therapists, which has led me to trust Brittan with the exercises he provides me and encouragement he gives as I fight my physical battles.
