- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Basic Weekly Service starts at only $25 per week. This price includes the mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing of a typical sized yard (up to 3000 sq ft of turf area). Larger yards will incur slightly higher charges: 3001-4000 sq ft (+$5.00) 4001-5000 sq ft (+$10.00) Yards larger than 5000 sq ft (call us for a quote) Calculate the size of your yard. BI-WEEKLY LAWN MOWING SERVICE The Bi-Weekly service is a great option for those homeowners who want turn key service but don't feel that their grass requires weekly attention. What is included: Green Outdoors Lawn Services will cut the lawn, edge all walkways & patios, use a string trimmer to cut any turf area that can not be accessed by our lawn mowers, and clean up all grass clippings. Our Basic Bi-Weekly Service starts at $30 every two weeks. Yards 3001-4000 sq ft (+$5.00) Yards 4001-5000 sq ft (+$10.00) Yards larger than 5000 sq ft (call us for a quote) ONE TIME LAWN CLEAN UP SERVICE This service is for those that need a one time only lawn and property cleaning. You may be having a wedding or party and need some professional help for the big event, you may have purchased a new property and are overwhelmed by the unkempt yard, or you may just want a good spring cleaning before you take over the lawn responsibility for the rest of the summer. Regardless of the reason, Green Outdoors is available to help you. Our One time only yard service starts at $75 which is a great offering for those that don't regularly use a lawn service. This price includes the services mentioned above and is priced to reflect the extra clean-up that is customarily needed for a property that is not professionally maintained on a regular basis. Additional Services we can provide as requested: SPRINKLER REPAIR Replacement or adjustment of malfunctioning or mis-configured sprinkler heads in in-ground irrigation system. WEEDING Weeding of beds by hand or by the application of herbicides and pre-emergents. MULCH Spreading of Spring and Fall mulch as requested. SHRUB & GROUNDCOVER TRIMMING Shrubs and bushes up to 15 ft will be sheared or selectively hand pruned using standard horticultural practices. FALL LEAF CLEANUP Usually consisting of 3 visits between October-December, leaves will be disposed of on site per customer direction or hauled away at an additional charge.
