- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Compared to my career ad agencies and marketing groups, my prices on Thumbtack are dirt cheap. All things being relative, I may be more expensive in some cases than other Thumbtack designers. Occasionally, I will offer discounts. For now, just ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a list of questions that we discuss, or a form can be filled out — whichever is most comfortable. The answers to the questions allow me to work quicker and more efficiently.
