I mostly enjoy the opportunity to help people attain their goals when it comes to health and quality of life, that is special and personal event in peoples lives. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?50.00 per session. A session typically takes about an hour, sometimes a few minutes before sometimes a few minutes longer. I am available to my clients 24 seven through text or phone call for questions of any kind. I section contains an hours worth of hybrid training, Weight training, cardio, core, and nutrition discussion. I tried body fat once a month and bodyweight once a week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes. I am continually reading and taking classes to broaden my scope and knowledge in the fields that I work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Since my dads heart attack when I was 18, I decided I would take care of my body - it is the only one I have, and I cant trade it in for a newer model. With that comes the mental health, they go hand in hand.
