Introduction: My approach to dispute resolution is evaluating the issues and facilitating parties to a solution. My goal is to help facilitate parties towards an agreed solution to meet the interests of all parties while saving money. (Things that are offered in mediation) * Step-by-step mediation process during the consultation. * Private space for a mediation room and caucus(private one-on-one) when needed will be available. * Calm atmosphere for parties to resolve issues to bring solutions to fit their needs and the needs of their children in marriage disputes. *Marriages(Conflict Coaching)- often mediation is utilized AFTER a separation. Involving a mediator early can result in not having to come to the outcome of the dissolution of the marriage. **Memorandum of Agreement given to parties after mediation concluded. Area of focus: Family/Divorce Mediation Marital Conflict Coaching Relationship/Premarital Coaching Individual Conflict Coaching (Fees): $140 One-hour Relationship/Marriage Coaching $100 Individual Conflict Coaching(One-Hour Coaching Session) $350 four-hour session (per participant) $850 eight-hour session ($850.00 per participant-lunch provided) $150 for a written Memorandum of Agreement if parties are already in agreement. **$75.00 for each additional hour. ** **$100.00 traveling outside home office** **Why me?
