FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mediation fees begin at $400.00(two-hour session) and $600(four-hour session). Parties are encouraged to split costs. Discounts are available for military service members. All payments due will be processed electronically before the mediation begins using PayPal or the website payment system. Mediation must be canceled within (24-hours) in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will begin with a free client intake consultation with the requesting party to gather information and understand the reason for mediation or marital coaching. If agreed to take the mediation or coaching, parties will receive a client intake information form, along with Mediation Rules, Agreement to Mediate, and Fee Agreement. Provide new customers with the process and expectations. Documents must be signed and returned before we begin mediation and coaching sessions.
