Introduction: BE AWARE! SCRATCH MADE KITCHEN! To get to know me a little more, my name is Ahkeem Hill. I studied Culinary Arts at Woodland Job Corps at a point in my life when I was homeless. Originally from Maryland I studied Culinary in Maryland. Upon course completion I relocated to Dallas, Texas where I started my Culinary journey working for major names in the industry such as Marriott International, The Warwick Hotel, Wolfgang Puck & many others. I’ve been awarded publication by restaurants such as “Five-Sixty” sitting above reunion tower in Downtown, Dallas. I am trained in Asian & French Cuisine but I prefer South American & Mediterranean fare when it comes to Brunch/Lunch/Dinner. Fresh Fish, Fruits and Vegetables with decadent sauces and chutneys. A plethora of breakfast arrangements from Oats and Grains to Toast and Jams, Coffees and Teas, Fruits and Meats as far as the eyes can see. birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, romantic getaway’s.     I charge $125 per person for all fees & dues. Aside from food.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    A lot of conversation. I want to know everything about my client from your allergies to your day to day life. That helps shape our culinary experiences.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I attended Job Corps and learned the fundamentals of culinary. Basic instruction. Through the years I’ve worked at various restaurants; The Marriott hotel, Wolfgang Pucks Five Sixty, Il Brocca in Uptown Dallas. I’ve learned thru hardship and preservation.
