I charge $125 per person for all fees & dues. Aside from food.

A lot of conversation. I want to know everything about my client from your allergies to your day to day life. That helps shape our culinary experiences.

I attended Job Corps and learned the fundamentals of culinary. Basic instruction. Through the years I’ve worked at various restaurants; The Marriott hotel, Wolfgang Pucks Five Sixty, Il Brocca in Uptown Dallas. I’ve learned thru hardship and preservation.
