The company came out on the first occasion and the plumber wasn't sold on the pipe that potentially needed to be replaced. He told us what to do and give it two weeks and the correct issue would show up. We had to pay however we were assured that they would give us credit when they returned to make the repair. Three weeks went by they returned and made the repair to the correct piece and we were happy and will use Delta 1 again.

I had 1 slow drain that was blocked in the main line past the p-trap line on the master bath sink. Joshua arrived on time like he stated and completed and cleaned up in a little more than 1 hour. This is an old house built in 1959 so the blockage was in an old galvanized pipe, Joshua was very careful not to damage the pipe which i know 1st hand can easily happen.

The text notification was good, they were on time and were professional. My plumbing job was very simple, just uncrossing the horribly crossed pipes of our bathroom Faucet. It took them literally 60 seconds to fix it. They charged me 30 minutes of labor which I think is fair considering they drove out to my house.

Water in the garage, no idea where it came from as there hadn't been any rain in a while... panic. Anyway, Everflow found the issue, a corroded pipe coming up from the foundation and into our hot water heater, a serious problem, and they re-routed it in half a day, leaving all well, everything tidy, better than before they had arrived. Thanks guys

He offered me 2 choices one sounded complicated and expensive, the other one resolves the issue and priced less. I chose the second, it worked. My outdoor faucet was cracked right under the knob, it was a hairline crack. He looked inside and said it's all plastic pipes, so, to do it right cut a portion of the wall and install metal pipes and then replace the faucet. I didn't want to go that route since I have another faucet on the other side of the house. Then he said he can solder the crack. It took about 15 mins or so, and it worked.
