My mothers sewer line backed up, and we reached out to Auger Pros. They immediately sent someone to her home, and the technician, David arrived very quickly. We were impressed with his knowledge and ability to get the job done in such short notice. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues.Apr 15, 2019Review from Google
My plumber Todd was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, on time, and communicated with me every step of the way. I had a major slab leak, and used Auger Pros for the plumbing repairs. I was very satisfied with their responsiveness and great work.Apr 13, 2019Review from GoogleAugerpros Plumbing and Drain LLC's reply

Plumbing Drain Repair
Broke the toilet flange and tried to charge me 450 to fix it. I am disputing the charge and would hope nobody goes through this scam and having to dispute the charge with my credit cardOct 11, 2019VerifiedAugerpros Plumbing and Drain LLC's reply
I am sorry for the experience, we have refunded the payment in full, and are sending one of our master plumbers out to assess the situation and get this taken care of. This was a new employee, that will be taken care of as well. We pride ourselves in superior service and customer satisfaction.
