Plumbing Pipe Repair
This team did an amazing job fixing my water line to my refrigerator! They were very professional and informative. They also told me a timeline of when other things may need to be replaced. In our world today, it’s nice to find a company that is considerate when it comes to fixing what is broke and not trying to get you to spend unnecessary money for their gain!! Choose them for ALL YOUR PLUMBING needs!!!Apr 6, 2020VerifiedAugerpros Plumbing and Drain LLC's reply

Your tech used a large auger that is made for a 3” line in this 1 1/2 “ lavatory drain and with the large spring on the end, it could not turn through the y Because it was to large for the pipe. He then said the pipe was broken, and that it was going into the mud under the house showing me the “mud” on the spring. I said that’s just pipe sludge. He said no it’s mud from the ground even though I measured from the second floor it was not even in far enough to reach the ground. As he only went in 9-10 feet He then proceeded to give a $3700 quote to tunnel under the house and fix line. Then left. 2 hours later we had a “real” plumber come out who used the proper hand held auger made for these small drains, and he cleaned the line out easily past 40 feet.Apr 14, 2020VerifiedAugerpros Plumbing and Drain LLC's reply
Hello Gen, I am sorry you were not happy with the service from my master plumber. Right now he does not even have his large machine with him, it's in the shop, all he has is our smaller sink machine. If he made a mistake, he said he apologizes, but what he pulled out looks like mud. We did not charge you for the visit, and I am happy you were able to get it unclogged whatever the issue was. We go above and beyond for every customer and I as the owner apologize that we did not satisfy your needs.
My mothers sewer line backed up, and we reached out to Auger Pros. They immediately sent someone to her home, and the technician, David arrived very quickly. We were impressed with his knowledge and ability to get the job done in such short notice. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues.Apr 15, 2019Review from Google

License Type: Plumber – Master (TX)
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We offer free phone estimates when possible, and upfront pricing, so you know what to expect. Some calls require a plumber to come look at it, so a free phone estimate is not available. We do our best to get a ball park estimate to you over the phone though.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First and foremost, we listen to what our customer says about their plumbing needs. We try to give as much of an assessment as possible, then try to schedule as close to our customers needs as possible. Upon arrival to a customers home, we introduce ourselves, put on our shoe coverings, and then look at the plumbing situation. After a proper assessment, we work out options so our customers can make an educated decision on how to move forward. We strive to be friendly, helpful, and to treat our customers like part of the family. Once our work is done, we clean the work area, and leave our customers with a smile.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Our plumbers are all licensed plumbers, these licenses require years of working in the field with licensed plumbers, and state testing. Our plumbers are certified in water testing and water treatment / anti-scaling, and safety. All of our plumbers are trained in all aspects of plumbing, including slab leaks, water heaters, testing, installation and repair.
