- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We the same pricing software that most major insurance carriers use, therefore we are able to provide accurate and honest pricing. We also offers $250 referral bonuses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will provide a free full home damage assessment. If damage is located, we will walk the customer through the insurance claims process. After the claim is filed and an adjuster is scheduled for an inspection, we will review the claim paperwork for any missed items by the adjuster and submit a supplement so the claim is paid for properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees are certified by most major manufacturers and annually attend recertification training to be able to provide the customer with the best service possible.
