Introduction: My name is Clayton, and I am currently the senior technician of an IT department of a very large company here in Amarillo. I support over 1,300 people daily at work but would like to help others in the home market and small business as well. I just like to help people. My services and fees include the following: * $75.00 flat rate (one charge) for virus/malware removal - This is a through cleanup of the entire system and all users on the machine. There are several methods and tools that I use, but I prefer to manually clean the machine to ensure the infection has been removed. * $50.00 per hour for all other services, such as hardware issues, data backup/recovery (data recovery is possible in most cases, such as deleted files/hard drive and crashed/formatted hard drives, etc.) Please feel free to contact me anytime. I have done work for many companies in the Amarillo area and would like to provide my experience and expertise in the field of IT services to the home user. I would prefer that a future client be local or close to the Amarillo area as I have already been contacted by people in California. I know a scam when it happens as I have been doing this for a long time. If you are out of the service area but have a family member that live in this area who would need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact me and arrangements can be made; I have done this for a previous client. I will work with the elderly and those who don't know anything about computers. I'm a patient person. If I am unable to do what is needed, the price may be discussed as I do not feel right charging full price for services that I am not able to preform.
