- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have four package options in every category with many options & are custom designed to meet your needs and budget. All available on my site through the Quote Generator (link at the bottom) Packages Include Classic, Silver, Gold & Platinum. Categories range from Reception, Prom, Reunion, Quincerera, Sweet 16, Party to Corporate Party. Options include; Club DJ Spectacular, Monogram Projection Lighting, Karaoke, Video Extravaganza (Awesome!), Special Lighting Experiences (with or without truss), Professionally Created Slide Shows, Heart Pumping Sound System, Thundering Sub-Woofer, Fog & hazer, Wedding Ceremony, on and on. The best deals are in the Packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I try, and not very well at all, to inform them of the differences of DJs in this area. I gain their trust, because without it, the simple gig can be otherwise. I am a lousy salesman, although I've been told I have a good pitch? I can only convince people of something I am convinced of. It takes the TRUTH, in most cases, to convince most people. A deposit is required, usually around 20% and credit/debit cards are welcome). Then, a gathering of their information and a E-Sign contract is created. Next I create a Client Online Account, complete with logon and password info. At this site, a client may choose between many, many choices; music, itinerary, special events, Fun Things.. pertinent info, etc
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I completed courses in DJ Marketing, DJ Scratching, Virtual DJ, DJ Sales, and Video Jockeying. It should propel my business to the next level and beyond. The sky is the limit.
