- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on most current labor and material prices provided by insurance companies. I also will work with homeowners insurance company so that homeowner is paid properly on any damages to roof. In most cases, the homeowner has no out of pocket expense when dealing with insurance claims.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Evaluation of roof and understanding what the homeowners needs are. Then evaluating any problems, damage, or any other issues that need to be addressed. Recommending the steps involved in order to put roof back in satisfactory condition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years experience in roof repairs and replacement as well as evaluating roofs for peril damage and negotiating with insurance companies.
