- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get references so you know the Santa has had the claimed experience. Call the Santa up and visit with him about your expectations of a job well done. We need to know what you want and need in the Santa request, and we should be able to verbally agree to what you need. Besides, if the Santa can't talk on the phone very well, then he probably will carry that same tactic to the floor in the presence of the children. You need someone who can effectively communicate with the children, so they can enjoy the complete experience.
