FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First off, I won't use sub-standard materials to save a buck. I only use top quality materials, and as a rule of thumb, my price is 3 times the cost of the materials that it takes to do the job. Though, there are jobs that are more labor intensive, which exceeds the cost of materials by a long shot. But not to often does this occur.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost is getting to know my customer and learning what they really want. Secondly, for them to get to know me and learn to trust in what I tell them, and know that I will be fair, honest, and there for them any time that they need me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College degree in business, but also a 4 year degree as a Millwright, which I was for over 25 years as an acting foreman on most jobs because of my mechanical understanding of machinery.
