Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Prior to training anyone, I wanted a solid foundation to prepare me for the industry. I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science at the University of Central Florida. My previous experiences have allowed me to work directly with physical therapists, chiropractors, athletic trainers and sports performance coaches. I take pride in seeking knowledge from the best in the industry through traveling, seminars, hands-on workshops, books and more. By doing so, I continue to learn and can share valuable information to better serve my clients. I like to compare training the human body to building a house. You need a blueprint, a solid foundation and the materials to build your strong structure. The initial training session consists of a simple movement assessment, immediately followed by a detailed description of the results. Performing an assessment better allows me to develop an individualized training program (blueprint) for the client's success. An overview of the movement restoration (foundation) process begins. Finally, key exercises (materials) will be used to develop the strong and stable body (structure). I feel blessed knowing that individuals from all walks of life trust in my skills and abilities to guide their paths to a healthier lifestyle that will last a lifetime. It's an incredible feeling when a client sees their progress and gets excited to take on the next challenge, all while having a good time!

I worked out with Noel for several weeks when my personal trainer was recovering from surgery in 2013. My goals are flexibility and strength. Noel immediately understood my current regimen and added to it. She is a very knowledgeable professional. She is smart, personable and a patient instructor. I enjoyed working with her and highly recommend Noel.

By Pat O'Brien / Lakewood CC, Dallas, USA Noel is an outstanding performance coach. Not only is she knowledgable about the human body and how to change patterns, she is so passionate about helping people improve. She creates a pleasant environment while physically challenging you! I would recommend seeing her to get at the root causes of problems and not waste time with fixing the effects.

Noel is energetic and knowledgable. She is a joy to work out with and she pays close attention to your form to help you not only get the most our of your workout but also so you won't injure yourself. She instructs in engaging ways and even doing a plank with her is fun since she has ways to challenge your balance. Noel is proficient at teaching how to properly use the kettle bells . Her instructions and demonstrations helped me to use the kettle bells efficiently and without injury or an aching back. I highly recommend Noel.

Noel is just super to train with! Her understanding of the human body's workings and how the body learns and strengthens with unique and interesting challenges makes each workout fun and rewarding. She does not let you slouch either - she wants you to succeed and is your Number One cheerleader! Two thumbs up!

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It is important to find someone you feel comfortable working with, especially when it comes to the body. Seek a coach/trainer with YOUR best interest in their mind, not their own. Don't hesitate to ask questions about why you're doing something instead of just going through the motions. Since you're investing hard-earned money to seek guidance regarding better health, you'll certainly want to take an interest in the process.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I'll go out of my way to educate you on the what's, why's and how's when it comes to your training program. That way you can have a better understanding. Regarding my profession: there's more to training than just throwing a bunch of exercises together, calling it a workout and hoping to get results. A program (ranging from 6-12 weeks) is a series of workouts that progressively becomes more challenging, bringing you to your desired target.
