FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is important to find someone you feel comfortable working with, especially when it comes to the body. Seek a coach/trainer with YOUR best interest in their mind, not their own. Don't hesitate to ask questions about why you're doing something instead of just going through the motions. Since you're investing hard-earned money to seek guidance regarding better health, you'll certainly want to take an interest in the process.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I'll go out of my way to educate you on the what's, why's and how's when it comes to your training program. That way you can have a better understanding. Regarding my profession: there's more to training than just throwing a bunch of exercises together, calling it a workout and hoping to get results. A program (ranging from 6-12 weeks) is a series of workouts that progressively becomes more challenging, bringing you to your desired target.
