- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
getting to know the thourough problem hearing the customer out asking for make and model in advance so I can take the necessary parts to fix on the first trip out .be very professional we use shoe covers and gloves in all customer homes and all works guaranteed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have special training with Sub Zero, Wolf, & Viking. I also specialize in all under-the-counter ice machines.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I come from a family where my grandfather was an appliance technitian and all my uncles followed suit. I've been around appliances all of my life and love working with customers and fixing there appliances.
