Paul was great! He came to my home to hook up my new sink and dishwasher. He also installed some can lights and did an excellent job. Paul is very professional and efficient.

Mr. Morgan repaired a dryer that had stopped heating. He discovered that it simply needed an inexpensive part. Now it works great. My water heater finally gave out, leaking all over the floor. We went to get a water heater at Home Depot and he replaced it. The hot water is great. I had a dishwasher that had lights blinking in a pattern, but it didn't run. He reset the machine and it's still running. He's repaired leaky faucets inside and outside, toilets and he cleaned the mildew from tub and shower door and recalled. He removed tree branches that were too low or too close to the house. He can do just about anything. He's reliable and trustworthy.

Matt helped me with repairing a bad dishwasher connection and some minor repairs on connections that the original electrician had done incorrectly. He made sure everything was done safely and correctly. He is reliable, thorough and reasonable in getting it done right, without trying to upsell the job. He's the first electrician on my speed dial.

Our dryer is now working which is great! There were some communication issues, but these wouldn't prevent us from using them again in the future. The technician went to wrong business so we weren't able to get them out the day we initially scheduled. He came out the next day with an estimate, which we approved, but then had the wrong parts (they said due to old dryer but estimate said "all parts in stock"). He didn't come on Saturday as scheduled for install, but came out early Tuesday after the holiday and got it working quickly. All in all would use them again but with the expectation that it probably won't be same day service or all parts in stock, as advertised. We do have an old commercial dryer and not many people work on them, so we were thankful for them. Communication could have been better - we felt like we were chasing them down to see where they were - but pricing was fair and our dryer is working great again!
