I just enjoyed a great experience getting 2 curtain rods hung up in 2 rooms, a large cube storage organizer from my garage moved upstairs, a twin bed assembled, and a decorative shelf assembled for a bathroom in just under 2 hours. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is $65hr but I have found out that sometimes bids for projects are cheaper. So if I can save my customer money with the same quality that’s what I want.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always want to meet with them being the owner and finding out what they want/or need done and seeing the project to be able to send the right people for the job. I don’t like to waste time but always want to make my customers know my aim is to please.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into handyman services about 10 years ago in the multi family industry
