- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss needs and schedule then confirm my avaiability and alwyas have an open door/phone policy. I will text, email and even call after every visit to ensure my client their precious pet is a happy camper and discuss any concerns, should there be any. I don't want mu clients to worry while away. Trust and communication is key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Life. My own pet experiences and my rescues. Love, patience, amd tolerance. I love animals more than life.
