- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The rates are non-negotiable and a 24hr. cancellation notice is required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First session we go over the clients personal fitness goals, then we fill out the PAR-Q / Health history and assessment card, then we performs a postural assessment, and once everything is cleared, then the client is ready to begin their first work out begging with a quick warm up, followed by cardio and functional training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
High school diploma, 2 years of community collage at Santiago Canyon Collage in orange county, CPR and certified personal training through NESTA (National Exercise Sports Trainers Association).
