Had a very good experience from the sales person Jerry Hamilton to the installers. They removed my old carpet, prepped the concrete floors to laying the vinyl plank flooring, removed the old ceramic tiles in the bathroom and prepped those floors. My only suggestion for anyone that goes from ceramic tile flooring to vinyl flooring in a bathroom make sure you have someone that can work on the toilet because the flange is too high and will need to be trimmed down so that the toilet doesn't wobble. The installers are not plumbers and we didn't except them to work on the flange. I highly recommend this company/sales person and the installers. I have already recommended a friend to 360 Roomz and she is having her carpet pulled up from her stair case and having new flooring installed this week.

Floor Installation or Replacement
Bit of a rough start sales professional was very knowledgeable but I didn't expect a 2 hour consultation. He came out and had us scheduled for two days later. I never got a confirmation call and tried calling with no answer Finally found number to call and got a response they were still coming and should be out around 11 We were expecting 9. Thankfully when the first worker showed up he got right to work. Some helpers showed up an hour later and they were able to get two rooms vinal plank installed by 730. The install looks great and the product is just what we wanted. Price was medium quote. Would recommend for finished product.

Love love love my new floors! Juan did an amazing job and I highly recommend 360 Roomz and Juan to anyone needing to replace flooring! Juan showed up when scheduled, was friendly, answered my questions, got to work tearing out the old and installing the new and man does he work fast! Thank you Juan and thank you 360 Roomz for giving me floors that I love!
