This was set up for my mother who is now unable to clean her house as she needs. Rena's did a great job of cleaning the home and also they were very responsive and were able to show up only a couple of days after contacting them.

I wish I could give a higher rating but unfortunately my experience wasn’t so great. I requested a deep cleaning that included, cleaning baseboards, windows, floors, wiping down cabinets, stove etc. the first cleaner who came was personable but didn’t do a deep clean and did not clean one of the toilets. She also didn’t finish sweeping or mopping the floors before she had to leave for another appointment. Another cleaner called me soon after and she came to finish mopping the floors, vacuumed and cleaned some of the windows. I appreciate that someone was willing to come out and finish the job but I don’t believe I received a true deep cleaning service and I’ll end up having to do it over again.
