- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Pricing is as follows: -Monday-Sunday $95/hr (2-hour minimum) pricing is for a 18' Box Truck ( This truck is recommended for 1 or 2 bedroom home ).and one Time Trip charge of $60 - 26 ft is $165/hr Monday-Sunday with a 3 man crew ( Largest truck (This is recommended for a 3+ bedroom home ). - $99 TRIP FEE APPLIES TO ALL MOVES **(Trip fee may vary depending on where you are located)** Please call us to verify! **What’s included in the price** -Equipment to move you safely -Disassembling/reassembling furniture -Shrink wrap & blankets to protect your belongings We will also, if needed, disconnect/reconnect your washer, dryer, & fridge. NO HIDDEN FEES OR EXTRA CHARGES. We also have a special for packing services, if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer calls in or sends us a message we first start with asking a couple of questions like . -What date are you looking to schedule ? ( This will help us determine if we have availability and the rate as we do run specials on specific days of the week .) - What are we moving for you ? - A 1 bedroom apartment/Home ? -A 2 bedroom apartment /Home ? -A 4-5 bedroom Home ? (This will determine how many truck the move will require , as well as the rate for the customer's specific moving needs.) -After we go over with our customers regarding the questions , we then give our customers a quote or a specific pricing depending on their moving needs. -If the customer is ready to schedule we then schedule the move and go over all charges , hourly rate , trip fee.... -We also send a confirmation that the move has been scheduled to the customer's email address.

We have meetings on a weekly basis and training with our staff on a monthly basis.
