Apes's cakes are awesome she does excellent detail to each cake have had a few made and price taste and detail are all excellent. My grandkids were so excited about their cakes and ask every year for April to make their cakes

Ape's Cakes made my daughter an AMAZING Hello Kitty cake for her 7th birthday. My daughter loved it so much that she insisted on every guest looking at it as soon as they walked in the door. Several parents asked for the baker's information for their future cake needs. I just put in another order for a treasure chest for my son's birthday and can't wait to see the cake!

Working with April was a blast! My daughter explained how she wanted her Neon Sweet Sixteen cake and she went over and beyond! The cake was beautiful and the colors were vibrant and the three layers of different flavors were Delicious! Everyone loved it and asked who made it, we loved, loved, loved it! I have ordered from her twice and she has exceeded my expectations both times! Her attention to the small details and the taste of the cakes will impress you and your guest. She was on time and very professional. I was able to pay through pay pal or credit card, either way was easy easy for me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients are welcome to send me a picture or descriptions of what they want and based on the design and servings needed I will prepare a quote. Or I will design a cake around an inspiration they have like the dress, invitations or theme. Once a budget and design is agreed upon I require 50% non refundable deposit to book the date and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to "The Big Day."
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am professionally trained. I hold a Degree in Culinary Arts Specializing in Pastry's and Baking.
