Dee is great! She comes on time and finishes in time! She often does extras, because she finishes early! Very reasonable in pricing.May 27, 2015Verified
Dee came to see my home prior to "cleaning" to see the house and discuss my needs. On the day we decided on, she not only cleaned my home - it shined. She did an awesome job. Dee is friendly and very easy to speak and work with. Looking forward to a long cleaning relationship.Nov 13, 2014Verified
Dee's first time cleaning my house was a great relief! I am on housekeeping service no. 3 for the year, and I was almost convinced that I wasn't going to get lucky enough to find someone that was conscientious and took pride in doing a good job. Dee did a great job and will be my regular housekeeping service from now on!Aug 24, 2014Verified
Dee did as she said she would for "light housecleaning" my bathroom was spotless and the stove and kitchen was done well. The only misconception was that I assumed that when dusting was done that that would include polishing the furniture. She vacuumed the carpets and changed the sheets on the bed. She was pleasant and on time. I will use her again.May 18, 2014Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I work hard to keep everything simple. $20/hour - cleaning (2 hour minimum) House/pet sitting - $25/day - one pet (add $25 for each additional pet per day)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? For Cleaning, I like to see your home and determine how long it should take along with discussing you needs. For house/pet sitting, I always want to meet you and your pets prior to job. I want to be sure the pets (and me) are comfortable with each other. I prefer staying in your home overnight while sitting as it keeps the pets routine fairly normal. I bring in papers and mail, water plants and any other routine chores while you are gone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am always researching different ways to clean things. The house/petting part of my jobs doesn't really require it.
