After it was determined that there was no need to reinforce the roof vents in the attic, it was agreed that Berrett would deduct $200 from my bill. The invoice I received by email showed no deduction. After I sent a text to the Berrett inspector, I received a call this morning informing me of the refund sent to my bank. Both the inspector and the technician were polite and professional.

We moved into our home about 2 months ago and it had been vacant for a long time so we started to notice a spider and ant problem. I called Berrett Pest Control late on a Saturday morning hoping to get same day service and they worked me in that same day. The technician was on time, friendly, and informative. Noticed ants again 3 weeks after initial setivxe and called to have another treatment done and was scheduled next day without any issue. The customer service rep, Reggie, was very friendly and efficient in getting me scheduled. Highly recommend!
