Verónica has been great attending all matters concerning the renovation of my property. She has been very flexible collaborating with me remotely. She addressed my needs by developing a phased remodel that started from developing the as is plot plan and then adjusted it to suit a renovation that we both settled on. Subsequently she oversaw the complete construction job until completion, arranged the corresponding contractors, and managed all city permit requirements and interview with historical district officials in my absence. I highly recommend that you hire Perspectiva for your next home remodel.

Very professional and responsive. If I called her and left her a message, she would call me immediately. Moreover, she was punctual for her appointment and provided me the plans that I needed In time. Her work is excellent, detailed and professional for an ordinary person to see and understand. I gave her ideas of what I wanted and executed them with precison. Very knowledgeable floor plan designer at a reasonable price.
