Eric did a birthday dinner for me and 15 friends. I requested a menu of a variety of sushi dishes, and was thrilled with the results. Every guest raved about the delicious taste and beautiful presentation. I highly recomend his work. He was punctual pleasant to work with and outstanding in his knowledge if making sushi.

Eric Nelson Brown Catering did the food at a baby shower we hosted. The food was absolutely fabulous, ranging from miniature chicken and waffles to lavender cake to shrimp & grits. Everyone at the party raved about the quality and taste. We had lots of different choices for everyone to enjoy and our guests loved the variety.

We hired ENBC recently for a company event and were thrilled at the excellent food and amazing service. Eric and his staff are professional, polite and very knowledgable when it comes to food and coordinating a smooth event. The food was high quality and looked outstanding. In fact, we had a number of guests mention it throughout the night. It was our first time to use Eric's team (through a recommendation) and we came away totally impressed. They were attentive, creative and know what they're doing. I highly recommend them!
