Introduction: I love making menus, executing them and giving the client a great experience. We shoot to achieve an event where the customer can have some friends or clients over and not have to think about anything regarding the catering- it's all handled seamlessly. Thorough planning before the event leading into a well done party. That's the most fun thing to me.
