I read food blogs and try to learn recipes for seasonal crops.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A friend was hiring a baker and said, "You're the one who always makes fresh bread when you have people over for dinner, right?" That was 4 years ago and I've been cooking professionally since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I prefer to do catering or home cooking, 50 guests or fewer. Bartending also.
