- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the day and time of the event, as well as how much space is needed. We do not charge room fees, instead we have a contract requiring a minimum amount spent on Food & Beverage during the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will ask the guest what type of event they would like to host and send them all of our menus, as well as event space options. Once we agree to a day, time, and space; we will then move on to choosing the drink and menu options that suits the guests needs and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been operating for 10 years offering food and beverage services to our guests. Our current Owner and General Manager has 20 years of service experience executing large formal and informal banquets, as well as everyday food service.
