Introduction: We maintain the level of service and quality of product in our catering department just as in our restaurants. Our costumers and their needs are our number one priority. Paola helped the Office of Sustainability with the creation of the Austin Green Business Leaders program, a new City of Austin program to help Austin businesses go green. She actively participated in stakeholder meetings and conference call and gave valuable feedback. She even hosted our press release where the Chief Sustainability Office and the Mayor spoke. She is a great resource for green restaurant practices and well as an inspiration for other restaurant. We really appreciated her expanding her composting program and using an abandon lot to create an herb garden. She truly gives back to her community and costumers. Its hard to say how she could have improved her performance when she went above and beyond to help us and the program. She even volunteered to shoot a video which is on our website.

I have enjoyed working with Paola at the restaurant for the last 8 months. She has created an awesome work environment, and she really cares about her people. I guess that's why she has some many tenured people in the high turn over service industry.

I worked as a bartender at Buenos Aires Cafe for 8 months in 2014. I truly enjoyed working there and the family atmosphere and attitude we all had. Behind the bar we were allowed to be creative and pursue our passion as well as learn a lot about the food and drink culture of Argentina. I truly and enjoyed working there and still consider myself friends with many of the people I used to work with.

I've loved Buenos Aires Cafe for many years now. The food is incredible, and beautifully prepared, while the ambiance is simply lovely. It's one of my favorite restaurants in Austin.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Based on our catering menu and prices is easy for us to put a general quote based on customers explained needs. Once we are in contact and I have a better understanding of the project, the estimate can be adjusted accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Its very easy! We like to send each customer a unique quote to give them an accurate idea of what to expect. At the bottom of each quote is my contact information. I am easy to reach and happy to answer any questions. I like to have a 10 minute phone conversation to better understand the needs of our clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with brides, small offices and larger companies.
