Introduction: I've been in the computer industry for some time now. I worked at Dell for about 12 years as a systems analyst, electronic-mechanical repair tech and also a team lead. I have my MCITP, MCSA, MCTS and I also have my A+ Certifications. I know a few things about computers, laptop's and servers. My most recent position is working for crossroads, a small software company dealing with strongbox and a data solutions company.
