Eric was extremely helpful in diagnosing a hardware issue with my laptop. He let me know all of the options I had as far as resolving the issue and I felt like I was getting genuine and knowledgeable advice…not an up-sell or pricey fix. Sometimes the best solution is to do the math and not make the repair. He was able to make a ton of other updates on my machine and it’s working great otherwise! I highly recommend Eric! Eric was punctual and very knowledgeable about what we needed. We purchased our son’s gaming tower and it was caught in an upgrade loop resulting in a completely unusable system. Eric came to our home and loaded the patches and upgrades we needed manually. Our son is back up and working! We are super appreciative of Eric and PC Ranger!
