Chris and his crew did a fine job of laying out, digging, adding fill, building forms, laying concrete and cleaning up for two small foundations in my back yard. He was punctual and finished when he said he would be. He is very easy to worm with. If I have another reason for laying Concrete I will use him again.

The job started out pleasant. Chris came on time to give us a price quote and arrived on the day of the job on time. No problem there.
When the job was finished I looked it over and it looked nice but interestingly enough, the job site was left a complete mess..dust everywhere and no clean-up. Now I know why... I allowed the area he worked on to cure overnight and the following day I noticed a crack. I didn't notice it before because of all the dust that was on the sidewalk. I called him to advise him of the problem and he indicated he would come by to look at it. Well, that never happened. I texted him several times and he would respond with one excuse or another as to why he could not show up and the appointment times he did set, he failed to show up. So, by the "no show" and "failure to respond" told me he did not want to bother with fixing the problem.
To add insult to injury, another area his crew worked on has formed a new crack. So, as of this review, there are two cracks on the sidewalk he worked on.
Christian Maldonado is quick to respond to new business but poor in the customer service portion of his business....taking care of the customer after the project is complete. His lack of responding to my concern and the job he performed will cost him plenty of new business as I work with an organization that is very intent on hiring small businesses.
His prices are reasonable, but hire him at your own risk because if there is problem, I guarantee, he will not follow-up with you to make certain you are happy, but instead, will move on to the next job.
I will never recommend him to anyone and his lack of professionalism cost him a huge patio project I have planned.
Christian Maldonado, you should be ashamed of yourself. My wife and I are two of the nicest people you will ever come across and for you to ignore our simple request to fix a problem with the job you and your crew performed is reprehensible.

Sr. I did go and see the job. You blame us for a crack we didnt do.we did clean up if not I would charge you till are work was done.
